I ordered a part from Rugged Ridge, and the shipping was okay overall, just not as quick as I’m used to with other places I’ve ordered from. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything, but it did take a few extra days, and there wasn’t much tracking info in between.
The box arrived in good shape and the part itself was totally fine, so I can’t complain too much there. Compared to a few other Jeep parts orders I’ve made, this one just felt a little slower and less updated. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

I don’t know what else people expect, but they answered me quickly and helped without making it a big hassle. Straightforward experience.

I put this on my Jeep and it looks really clean. The finish is smooth and a little nicer than I expected. Nothing major to complain about so far, just hoping it holds up well over time.

The build quality seems decent, but the finish left me a little underwhelmed. A few edges were rougher than I expected, and one piece had a small mark on it. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but for the price, I was expecting things to look and feel a bit cleaner.

The website was decent overall. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took more clicking around than I expected. I ordered a few Rugged Ridge parts for my Wrangler last year, mostly bumpers and a couple of smaller exterior pieces. Since then, I’ve had it out in mud, rain, and plenty of rough back roads, and everything has held up way better than I expected — which is always a nice surprise with Jeep parts, honestly.
The install was standard, not totally perfect, but nothing that made me regret buying them. For the price, I’m really happy with how solid everything still feels and how good it still looks. No cracking, no cheap-feeling parts, no weird issues so far. Easy 5 stars from me.

The kit was missing two washers, which was a little annoying at first, but... it still went together fine and worked like it was supposed to
